An HR and Community Development Practitioner with more than 11 years of experience, I have deep passion on developing people. People development within HR scope is about developing people within the organization. On the other hand, Organization growth is not merely dependant on the growth of their people, but also the growth of people surrounding the organization. That's where Community Development took part. I spent 7 years in Consulting, 2 and a half years in Oil and Gas, and so far closing 2 years in education (formally). Informally, I've been involved in education sector for more than 15 years. I see education is the core to people growth. Where people with formal education should have less struggle compare to those learning on informally.

My dream is to create education and learning opportunity as wide as possible for anyone across the world.

My passion is also about food and travel. With a wish that I can have a small cafe or restaurant someday.
